The brand is looking for expansion and they utilize the concept of molecular gastronomy freezing, using liquid nitrogen that helps to freeze the fresh ingredients instantly into ice cream. The fresh base is prepared as per the customer’s choice and instantly freezes it using machines with the help of liquid nitrogen.
